How Do I Add Funds to My Account the First Time?

Once you have activated your account, you will need to top up your account with a debit card before playing a gaming machine. 

• On the Home screen, press the Top Up button.
• Select the amount you want to add to your account. 
• You can select £5, £10, £15, or £20 using buttons, or top-up a different amount by using the field to the right. £5 is the minimum amount.
• As this is your first deposit, you will see "Use a new debit card" has been pre-selected.
• Select Top-Up My Balance.
• Enter your debit card details and select Proceed.
• If the details are validated and funds are available, you will receive a Payment Complete message.
• Note: next time you top-up, you will not need to re-enter your card details. Just press Top-Up, select Amount, and press Top-Up My Balance.
