How Do I Collect My Money?

• To collect funds, just select "Disconnect" on the app, or alternatively press the collect button on the machine.
• The funds will be transferred back to your Game Payment account, where they will be held securely until you choose to play again, or withdraw.
• If you do not see the funds appear in your wallet after collection, please reconnect to the machine via the app.
• When you are ready to withdraw, select "Withdraw" and select an amount.
• You will get a withdrawal confirmation note and a new account balance.

Please be aware that on machines that have a "Bank and Credit" system, you will not be able to transfer committed funds back to your application account. This is standard procedure on these types of machines.
