How do I add funds to my account? (top up)

  • On the homepage press "top up". 
  • Decide whether you want to use the same debit card as last time or enter the details of a new debit card.
  • You will see the details of any previous debit cards have been saved.
  • If you are using a previous card just quick select £5/£10/£20 or put in your own amount.
  • Press top up my balance.
  • Enter CVC code from the back of the card.
  • You will receive a payment successful message displaying the new balance.
  • On rare occasions you may not see the card deposit in your wallet, but the money seems to have been deducted from your bank account. This means your bank has reversed (cancelled) the card transaction. The money won’t be taken — the authorised amount will be released automatically, usually within 24 hours. In such cases, please use another card from a different bank if possible.
